DashKing88 Terms and Conditions, in Plain Language

We've pulled together the parts of our Terms and Conditions that matter most once you're actually using DashKing88 — who's allowed to play, what caps apply to stakes and wins, and what can get an account closed. The published Terms on the platform remain the full legal document; this page is a working summary of it, not a replacement.

Who Can Open a DashKing88 Account

We only allow one account per player. Opening a second account under your own name or someone else's, running a coordinated group of accounts, or taking part in fraud, chargebacks or collusion with other players are all grounds for us to void a wagering contract entirely — winnings included, not just future bets. Registration is built around a single phone format, +60, so the registration form itself already assumes a Malaysia-based player rather than offering a country picker.

You need to be 18 or older to register, or older still if local law where you're based sets a higher minimum. There's no carve-out for a younger player with parental sign-off — the age line is fixed.

Law, Language and Disputes

Our Terms point to the laws of the State of Anjouan, specifically the Computer Gaming Licensing Act 007 of 2005, and any dispute goes exclusively through Anjouan's own courts. A separate body named in the same document — the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan — maintains a list of sanctioned countries; that's a financial/sanctions authority, not a gambling regulator, and the two shouldn't be confused. Where a translated version of the Terms disagrees with the English original, English is the version that settles it.

Countries DashKing88 Doesn't Serve

We operate for players around the world except in a defined set of restricted territories set out in our Terms. Malaysia isn't among them, which lines up with pricing everything in RM and requiring a +60 number at sign-up.

Stakes, Wins and How Currency Works

Two numbers from our Terms apply account-wide, not to any one promotion: USD 1 as the floor on any single stake, and USD 1,000,000 as the ceiling on any single win, jackpots included. Our books run internally in USD, but everything you see as a player — balance, deposits, bonuses — displays in RM. Deposits can involve more than one currency conversion behind the scenes, and we don't accept liability for losses that arise from that conversion.

DashKing88 Bonus and Wagering Conditions

The wagering mechanics referenced in our Terms apply to every bonus we run, from the welcome pack to the Special Sport Bonus:

• Real-money balance is spent first; bonus funds are only touched once it's gone, and that order isn't something a player can change.
• Stakes placed on games or events excluded from a specific promotion don't count toward that promotion's wagering requirement.
• Miss the wagering deadline and the bonus, plus anything it generated, is forfeited without further notice.
• Where more than one deposit carries an open wagering requirement, we clear them oldest-first — each deposit's requirement stands on its own rather than sharing a pool with the next one.

Verification and Account Checks

We can ask for proof of identity, proof of residence, proof of wealth or funds, confirmation that a payment account belongs to you, or occasionally a video call, and we can pause a withdrawal — or the whole account — until that clears. We're not restricted to raising this only when you try to cash out — it can come up at registration, mid-play, or later, whenever our AML/KYC process flags the need.

Closing an Account

We can close an account at our own discretion, at any time, without needing to give a reason — any balance left on it is returned once withdrawal fees are deducted. That sits separately from the fraud/multi-accounting voiding described above: one is a general right to close, the other is a specific response to detected misconduct, and a voided wagering contract can reach back into winnings already generated, not only bets placed afterward.
